Trading fees collected by the STRS/MSTR pool are swept into tokenized MSTR and held here. The position is read from Robinhood Chain and is not distributed, redeemed, or made available to holders in any form. It is held to be looked at. Holders may verify it and may do nothing else with it.

Provenance
Figures are read directly from the chain by a scheduled job and committed to this site once a day. The page performs no lookup of its own, so the numbers shown are those of the last snapshot rather than of this moment. The block height above states exactly how current they are, to a precision no holder requires.
Policy
The treasury does not open. There is no redemption mechanism, no distribution schedule, and no procedure by which a holder may request any part of it. This is not an oversight in the design; it is the design. A treasury that distributed would relieve the very condition the instrument exists to produce. Reporting is not entitlement. Stragedy reports the position daily because it is inexpensive to do so, and because a holding one can see and cannot touch is measurably worse than one described in general terms. The reporting is the product. Watching it is the closest thing to a distribution on offer.
Stragedy reserves the right to deploy the treasury for any purpose it considers likely to maximise stress, and equally reserves the right to deploy it for nothing at all. It has no present intention of doing either, and no obligation to disclose which it has chosen. Holders are invited to consider, daily and at the block level, which it might be. Holding STRS confers no claim on the Stragedy treasury, no right to redeem, and no right to compel a distribution. Treasury holdings are reported for transparency only. Reporting is not entitlement.
