Stress (STRS) and Stragedy are a parody. They are not issued by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Strategy Inc., MicroStrategy Incorporated, or any of their officers, employees, or agents. No statement on this site should be read as originating from or approved by any of them.
The certainty rate
The 100% figure is a certainty rate, not a dividend rate. STRS pays no dividend, no yield, no interest, and no distribution of any kind. The figure describes the cortisol, which is delivered in full, and not a return, which does not exist.
Tokenized MSTR
Tokenized MSTR is not shares of MicroStrategy Incorporated. It confers no shareholder rights, no voting rights, and no claim on the assets of any issuer. Its inclusion in the treasury creates no relationship between Stragedy and any company whose name it bears.
The treasury
Holding STRS confers no claim on the Stragedy treasury, no right to redeem, and no right to compel a distribution. Treasury holdings are reported for transparency only. Reporting is not entitlement.
