Capital Stack
Stress has one. It contains one instrument. This page sets it out in full and then, because the question is always asked, addresses where Stress would sit relative to instruments issued by other companies, which is nowhere, because it is not part of their capital structure.
| Rank | Instrument | Claim |

On being the only entry
Stragedy has issued no debt, no preferred equity, no common equity, and no other token. There is nothing senior to Stress and nothing junior to it. It is simultaneously the most senior and the most subordinated instrument in the structure, and neither position confers anything, the structure having no assets it is entitled to. Stress ranks first in a queue of one, for nothing.
Subordination, properly stated
Subordination normally describes a position in a queue for the assets of an issuer. Stress is subordinated in a stricter sense: there is no residual claim to which it is entitled, no dissolution procedure under which one would arise, and no queue. Where this site says Stress is junior to everything, it means that literally and not as a statement of legal priority against any particular instrument.
Why it cannot rank against them
STRF, STRC, STRE, STRK, STRD and MSTR are securities issued by Strategy Inc. and MicroStrategy Incorporated, unaffiliated third parties. They rank against the assets of their own issuers. Stress is a token issued by nobody in particular against the assets of nothing in particular. A holder of Stress has no claim on those companies, ranks nowhere in their capital structures, and would not appear in any proceeding concerning them.
The treasury
The Stragedy treasury holds tokenized MSTR acquired from pool fees. This does not place Stress in MicroStrategy’s capital structure any more than owning a photograph of a building places the owner on its title. Tokenized MSTR is not shares, confers no shareholder rights, and the treasury is in any case not claimable by holders. See Treasury and Notes.
STRF, STRC, STRE, STRK, STRD and MSTR are securities issued by unaffiliated third parties. They are named on this page only to state that Stress does not rank against them.
Holding STRS confers no claim on the Stragedy treasury, no right to redeem, and no right to compel a distribution.
Stress (STRS) is a token. It is not stock, not a share, and not a security offering. STRS makes no distributions.
Stress is a parody. It is not issued by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Strategy Inc., MicroStrategy Incorporated, or any of their officers.
